Well, demos are usually used to show the full potential of the game so they tend to be complete in every respect.
So I imagine the requirements will be the same.

And I would rather just get a new Dual Core Tower than a 360 cos then you gotta pay for live and I would have to get a router to get internet access in my room....that's just too hard!

My Friend (who is also a L4D fan) told me that the demo will be at 15.Oct released

I'm not sure if he's right I will check Later..

No release date has been stated, Valve have not even hinted at a estimated release date.
