Night of the Living Dead: Reanimated
Reanimated is a mass collaborative re-envisioning in which artists from around the world select scenes from the original 1968 film and recreating them through their own artistic aesthetics. This is opened to all media and processes both still and dynamic. Works will be assembled into a new video track thus giving the film new life through a process called 'reanimation'. Submissions will be accepted until 9/12/08.

Dammit, I wish I would have known about this earlier, I would love to take part in something like this! I doubt I'd be able to put something together before Sept 12th. I might try though, but what a neat idea!

I think I might attempt to get some scenes created before the deadline. I've contacted a friend of mine who is actually a director for live plays and some short films. He's been playing around with clay animation too so I sent him an email seeing if he's interested.

On my own I'm going to try and work on something. I have a few good ideas!
