We got a problem beginning in the forums, we are getting people, or more than likely advertising or spamming our forums, and we have to do something about it know before it gets worse.

These guys have been doing it and I wouldn't be surprised if those other ones that have been registering are also apart of these spam bots.

You're doing the right thing by reporting the posts.

I too have noticed the trend of new users, ones with odd names and ones who don't post right away. Until they do something wrong though, I can't just assume they're bots and ban them. Just keep reporting the posts and we'll continue to clean the mess.

They're banned. Each time I get an email related to the reported post, I deal with it immediately.

Cool, also in a taste of irony i was out when MNDF came on so my plan failed.

Leroy, just so you know; each time you report a post, all three of us Admins get a message by email containing the report and there is also a thread automatically created in the staff forum. Also; keep up the good work reporting any more spambot posts you see...

So far CAW has done a great job cleaning it up before I even see any of it as each of the three reports you've sent have been at times when I'm at school

From memory I think the longest time after the report's sending until banning has been 4 hours. You may not see CAW much, but he's always right behind you... ALL of you
