I have it, I have not played it. Anyone fancy a game sometime?

I was never much of a fan of either Team Fortress, but in the original, you could go lone wolf and own everybody if you were good enough. In #2, you HAVE to be able to work with your team and have a balance of classes.

I never really got into it. I played for a while but then I needed more space on my computer so that was the second thing to go after Portal

Its alright for a laugh and I guess it would be much better if you knew the people playing. At a LAN it would be brilliant, I suspect.

It's a good game, I bought it last week on friday. Took me a day to get used to it.

If you get on a server with guys who know how to play, and actually work as a team it is about as close to MP PERFECTION as you can get. It is just bloody friggin brilliant. We had a good game of CTF going a couple days ago that lasted for almost 2 hours. Everyone was doing his/her job and it was all out war. Superb.

However, if you are on a server full of asshats who don't know what the hell they are doing it is horrible and its best just to leave and try to find a better server

Theres been times I've been on the server I play on and one team will be always be winning or the other because ppl I gues don't know what they're doing.

I'll probably jump in a few games with you if you're up for it. Just hit me up on MSN or STEAM.
I played a couple times but couldn't 'get into it'. It's a very fast paced, class specific FPS. There wasn't much team play going on the two random severs I joined and before I disabled it, people were yelling and dishing out commands over the built in voice feature. I thought I was on Xbox live for a moment!

I found that easiest class to play, while starting out, is the Medic. If you want to get a feel for the game and learn the maps a bit, select the medic and just follow/support the other players. The medic also has quite the PvP punch.

I started playing some TF2 this evening and I'll probably continue to play it for awhile, perhaps even until L4D is released. Figured I'd post here as a heads up to those interested. If you see me on STEAM hit me up and we'll kick some ass!
