left 4 dead demo is brilliant and me and my freinds play it on expert agen and agen the real game will b so much bttr but thr shud b a harder dificulty and more weapons like a flamethrwer but u shud only b able to get tht at a point wer thr is like 5 hordes killing u at once tht wud b sweeeet

Honestly, I've been positively surprised by the L4D demo...And I had damn high expectations to it before trying it.

Definetely think this is going to be a landmark in gaming. The Director AI is just brilliant, and can't wait to get the full campaigns and versus mode <3

I hope Valve implements that into it's new games. It'd be amazing to come around the corner in Half Life expecting a combine and find out it's on the other side.

This is a real blast! Very basic simple premise...survive at all costs! Haven't played the 'multiplayer' yet, as I am still getting to grips with the 'single player' at the moment. Got through the 'normal' setting, and currently on 'advanced', but got killed when a Tank appeared. When I master the single player will try multiplayer.

Have to say that I haven't felt so exhilarated playing a PC game since first coming upon Doom back in '93...it's as if one has been transplanted into the film 28 Weeks Later, I hope Valve up the ante on this sometime in the future...it's a brilliant game, and obviously, I'll be buying this as soon as it comes out next week. PC gamers of the FPS variety have been awaiting a game like this for years. The graphics and sound are superb, and the game itself is frantic, intense, and explosive! Cheers Valve...you've produced another winner!

Only 1.5 levels and it's fun like hell! When I began to play Director was acting pretty normal, but yesterday he/or she just keep killing me and my bot team (shitty internet connection) can't past subway on expert anymore!? Boomer, Hunter, Tank or Boomer, Smoker, Tank together non-stop! And Witch, always on spots where you can't past her without pissing her off!
I'm thinking: Director has pledge to ruin me forever?

The controls are perfect, but I will the pistol had iron sides. Everything else is on the ball for me. Thought I was ganna get Gears 2 for my multiplayer fix, but now I have Left 4 Dead on my XMAS list instead.
